Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, eggs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. 3. Mix everything together until evenly combined. 4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased loaf pan. 5. Spread the ketchup on top of the meatloaf. 6.
