If you're looking for a unique and delicious dish to serve, this is it. ## Ingredients * 1/4 cup butter * 1/4 cup all-purpose flour * 4 cups chicken broth * 1 bottle (12 ounces) lager beer * 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce * 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder * 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper * 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese * 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley ## Instructions ### Step 1 In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in chicken broth until blended. Add beer, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and cayenne pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. ### Step 2 Stir in cheese until melted. Add parsley. Simmer for 5 minutes or until flavors are blended. Serve with crusty bread. Enjoy!
